Dear Appraiser,

The Review Department will determine appraiser eligibility, based on the appraisers application package and qualifications, which must include:

· Copy of appraiser’s current, un-expired license.

· Copy of appraiser’s current resume, including dates of employment with prior employers

· Current employers name, address, telephone number, fax number, and current email address.

· Complete copy of the appraisers E&O insurance (Errors and Omissions) policy with a minimum coverage of $300,000 for licensed appraisers and $1,000,000 for certified appraisers.

Qualifications for Appraiser Eligibility:

· Minimum of two (5) years appraisal experience as a licensed/ certified appraiser.

· Appraisers must have the ability to submit all appraisals in PDF & XML format.

· Appraiser must be FHA approved
